Exchange Policy

At Luxury Embroidery, we want you to love what you wear. We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received a defective or damaged item

  • You need a different size or color (subject to availability)

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

  • Return shipping for size/color exchanges is the customer’s responsibility

  • We cover shipping only for defective or damaged items

Once we receive and inspect the item, the replacement will be shipped. Please allow 3–5 working days for processing.

Note: Each item is eligible for one exchange only, if all conditions are met.


Refund Policy

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as expected, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition and packaging

  • A valid invoice or order confirmation is required

  • Custom-made items are non-refundable

Refund Process:

  • For damaged/defective items: We cover the return shipping and issue a full refund after inspection

  • For size/fit issues or change of mind: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refund is issued after the item passes inspection

Refund Timeframe:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 working days after we receive and approve the return
